Dr. Klopper has been practicing in the Atlanta area for over 20 years and has been a
medical director for many inpatient psychiatric and chemical dependency programs. He
as worked as an Associate Professor at Morehouse School of Medicine and Emory
University. Served as Secretary of the Department of Psychiatry at Northside Hospital,
Director of Neurophsychiatric program at Brawner Psychiatric Institute, Board Member of
the national Head Injury Foundation, and a consultant for the Peachtree Head Injury
Program.
