BIO:
After working for two private mental health agencies in Iowa and Missouri as an out-
patient psychotherapist and community services professional, Benita launched her
private practice in Atlanta 25 years ago. She co-hosted the radio program “Your Authentic
Life” at Radio Sandy Springs, and she was featured for her work with women’s groups on
CNN. Combining her classical training in psychology with her gift of empathic intuition,
Benita facilitates clients to detect and heal the root causes of suffering so the body and
mind heal faster. Using a holistic model, she sees the body, mind, emotions and spirit as
inseparable.
